SHIPPING, DELIVERY TIMES AND RETURNS

Carriage costs
Carriage is free of charge for purchases above € 60 and for delivery in mainland France.
For orders of a lesser amount or deliveries outside of mainland France (we can deliver throughout Europe), carriage costs are dependent upon the place of delivery and weight of the order (a schedule of tariffs is available on request).
We will always advise you of delivery costs before you confirm your order.

Delivery times
Deliveries are made using the French postal service in France and by UPS elsewhere in Europe.
- Postal deliveries: up to 10 working days (except for overseas departments and territories – see postal delivery terms)
- Courier deliveries: dependent upon the country, see UPS and GLS delivery times.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem!
Products supplied must be returned in accordance with the general conditions of sale. Products MUST be returned to us in their original condition (packaging, accessories, leaflet insert, etc.) and accompanied by a letter signed by the purchaser.
Goods may be returned to us within seven days of the date of receipt of your order. Return carriage costs are payable by you.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal data collected via the lebain.fr site will not be passed on to third parties. Purchasers have a right of access and correction to personal data relating to them which can be exercised on simple request to Laboratoire Destaing.

Gift wrapping and personalised message – FREE OF CHARGE

lebain.fr offers quality gift-wrapping of your products free of charge and you can send a personalised message of your own choosing. All you have to do is select this option when completing your order.

lebain.fr can also send your delivery to one address and the invoice to another, allowing your delivery to be made to wherever you choose.

lebain.fr accepts online payments.
Your payment is completely secure and is handled fully via the platform of our bankers Banque Populaire.
